تحصيل أموال الموكلين المستحقة لدى الغير بموجب وكالة، ودياً وقضائياً: من الإنذار والمطالبة الودية إلى الدعوى أمام المحاكم المختصة ومتابعة التنفيذ وفق القانون، مع تسليم المبالغ المحصّلة لأصحابها.Recovery of clients' funds owed by third parties under a power of attorney, amicably and through the courts: from formal notice and amicable demand to litigation before the competent courts and enforcement follow-up in accordance with the law, with collected sums handed over to their owners.
التحكيم وتسوية المنازعاتArbitration & dispute resolution
تقديم المشورة في شروط التحكيم وإجراءاته، والتمثيل أمام هيئات التحكيم، والمساندة في التفاوض والتسوية الودية والوساطة، دون ضمان نتيجة. ولا ندير مركزاً للتحكيم أو الوساطة.Advice on arbitration clauses and procedures, representation before arbitral tribunals, and support in negotiation, amicable settlement and mediation, without guaranteeing an outcome. نعمل وفق أحكام القانون رقم 42 لسنة 1964 في شأن تنظيم مهنة المحاماة أمام المحاكم، وميثاق الشرف لتقاليد وآداب مهنة المحاماة، ونلتزم ببذل العناية المهنية وحفظ سرية شؤون موكلينا.We work in accordance with Law No. 42 of 1964 regulating the legal profession before the courts and the Code of Honour for the Traditions and Ethics of the Legal Profession, and are committed to exercising due professional care and preserving client confidentiality.

- ساعات العمل: من السبت إلى الخميس، من 5:00 إلى 9:30 مساءً. ومراعاةً لظروف المراجعين، يمكن تحديد موعد للاستشارة خارج ساعات العمل، بحجز مسبق عن طريق إدارة المكتب.Office hours: Saturday to Thursday, 5:00–9:30 PM. To suit clients’ circumstances, consultations can also be scheduled outside office hours by prior appointment through the office administration.
