1) نطاق السياسة
توضح هذه السياسة كيف نتعامل مع المعلومات التي تصلنا عند التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب، وما يسجّله الموقع من بيانات أساسية. لا يحتوي الموقع على نموذج تواصل ولا على بريد إلكتروني للتواصل. الجهة المسؤولة عن هذه المعلومات: [الاسم القانوني للمجموعة]، دولة الكويت، والمحامي المسؤول: عبدالعزيز محمود البلوشي. ونتعامل مع هذه المعلومات وفق القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت، ووفق التزامنا بسرية المهنة.
2) المعلومات التي تصلنا عند التواصل
عند مراسلتنا عبر الواتساب تصلنا المعلومات التي ترسلونها بأنفسكم، مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف ومحتوى الرسالة.
- الغرض: نستخدم هذه المعلومات للرد على استفساركم، ولترتيب موعد إذا طلبتموه، وللتحقق من عدم وجود تعارض في المصالح. ولا نستخدمها لإرسال رسائل ترويجية أو تسويقية.
- من يطّلع عليها: المحامي المسؤول في المجموعة[، ومن يحتاج إليها من العاملين فيها لغرض الرد فقط]. ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف آخر، إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمات التقنية اللازمة لتشغيل الواتساب والموقع، أو إذا أوجب القانون أو أمر قضائي ذلك.
3) قبل التعاقد: تنبيه مهم
- مراسلتنا أو ردّنا عليها لا ينشئ علاقة وكالة أو تمثيل بين المحامي والموكل، ولا يُعدّ استشارة قانونية. لا تنشأ هذه العلاقة إلا بعد اتفاق مكتوب على التعاقد أو توقيع سند وكالة.
- قبل قبول أي موضوع، نتحقق من عدم وجود تعارض في المصالح. لذلك يُرجى أن تقتصر رسالتكم الأولى على الاسم ووسيلة التواصل وموضوع عام مختصر وأسماء الأطراف الأخرى إن وُجدت، وألا ترسلوا معلومات سرية أو مستندات أو تفاصيل القضية قبل أن نؤكد لكم إمكان التعاقد.
- الواتساب وسيلة غير آمنة بالكامل، فلا ترسلوا عبرها ما لا ترغبون في تعرّضه لهذه المخاطر.
- ومع ذلك، نتعامل بسرية مع ما يصلنا، التزاماً بواجب السر المهني.
4) الواتساب
الواتساب خدمة تقدمها شركة Meta، وقد تُعالج بياناته خارج دولة الكويت وفق سياستها. عند النقر على رابط الواتساب في الموقع تُفتح خدمة Meta، وقد تصلها بيانات تقنية وفق سياستها. ولا نستخدم بريداً إلكترونياً للتواصل عبر هذا الموقع حالياً. وتُحفظ الرسائل التي تصلنا على أجهزة المجموعة وحساباتها وفق هذه السياسة.
5) ما يسجّله الموقع
لا يستخدم الموقع أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع، ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط (Cookies). يحفظ المتصفح على جهازكم فقط أمرين، ولا يُرسل ذلك إلينا: اختيار اللغة (albg-lang) في التخزين المحلي (localStorage)، ويبقى حتى تمسحوه؛ وتذكّر عرض المقدمة (albg-intro-seen) في تخزين الجلسة (sessionStorage)، ويُمسح عند إغلاق التبويب أو انتهاء جلسة المتصفح. وقد يسجّل مزوّد الاستضافة بيانات تقنية أساسية تلقائياً، مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ووقت الزيارة، لأغراض تشغيل الموقع وأمنه، ويحتفظ بها مدة [مدة احتفاظ المزوّد]. ولا نستخدم هذه البيانات لتحديد هوية الزوار.
6) مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بالرسائل والمعلومات التي تصلنا ولا يعقبها تعاقد مدة لا تتجاوز اثني عشر شهراً من آخر مراسلة، ثم نحذفها. ونحتفظ بعد ذلك بسجل مختصر (الاسم وأسماء الأطراف والموضوع العام) لغرض التحقق من تعارض المصالح فقط، مدة [5] سنوات. أما إذا تم التعاقد، فتخضع المعلومات لشروط التعاقد ولما يوجبه القانون من مدد احتفاظ.
7) حماية المعلومات
نتخذ تدابير معقولة لحماية المعلومات التي تصلنا، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكترونية آمنة تماماً.
8) القاصرون
الموقع موجّه للبالغين. إذا كان المراسل دون الثامنة عشرة، فنرجو أن يتواصل معنا وليّ أمره.
9) حقوقكم
يمكنكم طلب الاطلاع على المعلومات التي أرسلتموها إلينا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على واتساب: +965 5544 4169. ونرد خلال [30] يوماً، وقد نطلب ما يثبت هويتكم، مع مراعاة ما قد يوجبه القانون من احتفاظ.

1) Scope
This policy explains how we handle the information we receive when you contact us by WhatsApp, and the basic data the website records. The website has no contact form and no contact email. The party responsible for this information is [legal name of the group], State of Kuwait; responsible lawyer: Abdulaziz Mahmoud Al-Buloushi. We handle this information in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Kuwait and our duty of professional confidentiality.
2) Information we receive when you contact us
When you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Purpose: We use this information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange an appointment if you ask, and to check for conflicts of interest. We do not use it to send promotional or marketing messages.
- Who sees it: The responsible lawyer at the group[, and any staff member who needs it solely to reply]. We do not sell or share it with anyone else, except technical providers needed to run WhatsApp and the website, or where required by law or court order.
3) Before engagement: important notice
- Contacting us, or our reply, does not create a lawyer–client relationship or any representation, and is not legal advice. Such a relationship arises only once an engagement is agreed in writing or a power of attorney is signed.
- Before accepting any matter we check for conflicts of interest. Please limit your first message to your name, contact details, a brief general subject and the names of any other parties, and do not send confidential information, documents or case details until we confirm that we can act for you.
- WhatsApp is not a fully secure channel; please do not send anything through it that you are not prepared to expose to that risk.
- We nevertheless treat what we receive confidentially, in line with our duty of professional secrecy.
4) WhatsApp
WhatsApp is provided by Meta, and its data may be processed outside the State of Kuwait under Meta's policies. Clicking the WhatsApp link on this website opens Meta's service, which may receive technical data under its policies. We do not currently use email for contact through this website. Messages we receive are kept on the group's devices and accounts in line with this policy.
5) What the website records
The website does not use analytics or tracking tools, or cookies. Your browser stores only two things on your device, and neither is sent to us: your language choice (albg-lang) in local storage (localStorage), which stays until you clear it; and whether the introduction has been shown (albg-intro-seen) in session storage (sessionStorage), which is cleared when the tab or browser session ends. Our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to operate and secure the website, and keeps it for [provider retention period]. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
6) Retention
Messages and information we receive that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no more than twelve months from the last communication and are then deleted. After that we keep only a brief record (name, names of other parties and general subject) solely to check for conflicts of interest, for [5] years. If an engagement follows, the information is governed by the engagement terms and by any retention periods the law requires.
7) Protecting information
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, but no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
8) Minors
